Pregnancy Test Appointment Pre-requisites:
Requested appointments are NOT confirmed until you receive a text message or phone call
- A Pregnancy test is required to receive an ultrasound
- Ultrasound appointments MUST be made via phone call
- STD testing appointments MUST be made via a phone call
- All services are free and confidential
- A photo ID is required
